Drought over, milk production to lift – yeah right!

Must say I spat the dummy while watching breakfast tv yesterday morning.

On comes TV3’s business editor, on the subject of what the coming milk auction might do.

I couldn’t believe it when he said that the drought was over and that milk production would now go up for the season.

I’d be interested to see how farmers are getting to get an increase in milk from all those cows who’ve had their heads chopped off or been dried off for the season.

It is misinformed comments this this that do our industry (and probably  economy) no good at all!
